Service Description

Is a course which builds on the skills learnt in the AIDA 2 course. The aim of the course is to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to independently plan and participate in freediving activities with similarly experienced freedive buddies. This course is really designed for you to improve your technics and most of all to understand your sensation. You will learn proper equalization techniques and free falling to depth.
